Delivery

We send all products from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. All our products are safely and quickly sent with PostNord or FedEx. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your country and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

€100.00 and up: Free delivery to pick-up point. €14.90 for home delivery.
€0.00 - €99.99: €8.00 to Pick-up point. €14.90 for home delivery.

Albania, Andorra, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Faroe Islands, Greenland with FedEx:

€100.00 and up: Free FedEx International Economy. €49.90 for International Priority.
€0.00 - €99.99: €8.00 FedEx International Economy. €49.90 for International Priority.

Shipping processing

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 3PM CEST, excluding major holidays, and are usually shipped 1-2 working days from when an order is placed.

Delivery times with PostNord

Allow 3-4 working days before your shipment arrives. Tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Delivery times with FedEx

Allow 4-5 working days before your shipment arrives. Tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Damaged shipments

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track and trace your package and ensure you are there to receive it. Call the transport company directly for questions regarding your shipment.
